Anonymous vs. Confidential Testing
If you select anonymous HIV testing, this means you will not be
asked to give your name, address or other identifying information
during any part of the testing process. If you select confidential
testing, and your test is positive, this means you will provide your
name, address and phone number. This information will be used solely
for statistical and research purposes. This information is protected
by law and your identity will not be released to anyone else without
your written permission. |
