VOIT
and Horizans.
The Bisexual
Network of Arizona will coordinate and refer interested youth to these well established,
VERY bisexual inclusive, and excellent programs.

Youth Services
The Center's Youth Services Group offers the only social, support, and discussion
gatherings designed for gay, lesbian, bi, transgender, and questioning youth in the
Valley. VOIT, targeting the 14 to 17 age group, has been a mainstay in our community
for nine years. Horizons started in 1997 to meet the needs of the 18 to 20 year age group.
The weekly group meeting is open to new visitors, and both groups offer
monthly social events as well.
Valley One In Ten (VOIT) is a social
and support group for lesbian, gay, bi, transgendered, and questioning youth ages 14 to
17. A weekly social/support drop-in group takes place every Thursday at The
Community Church of Hope beginning promptly at 7:00 PM. Weekly discussions focus on
sexuality, health issues, suicide, education, drugs, relationships, peer pressure, family
relations, and coming out. Social activities include BBQs, dances, movies,
skate parties, hiking, bowling, volleyball, pool parties, game nights, museum outings, and
much more!
Horizons is a group designed
specifically for young people ages 18 to 22. This group serves as a transition from
youth to adulthood, and addresses issues specific to this age group. Meetings are
held every Thursday at The Community Church of Hope beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.
Social activities are also planned on a regular basis including camping, theater nights,
dances, car washes, and more!
